Flood Response 2020

Flood Response 2020

The heart of Hopevale is to be used by Jesus throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region. That is especially true as it relates to the recent flooding we have experienced.

Flood Video 2020

Below is a video from Pastor Adam, talking about how you (and your friends, family, or small group) can get involved with the relief effort. He also outlines how you can request Hopevale financial resources, to assist with needs either inside our church family or out in the community.

  • If you or someone you know from our Hopevale family needs help with recovery from the flooding, email us at the church to let us know.
  • If you are available to help in any way please join our Hopevale Flood Response Team by clicking here. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible with instructions on how you can help as needs arise.
  • If you are a regular attender at Hopevale Church and have a financial need, you can get more information from our Congregational Help webpage by clicking here.
  • If you are in a Hopevale small group and your group is planning to step in and help with flood relief in your community, click here to get more information on how you can request Christmas Outreach Offering funds to help your efforts.
  • If you're looking to serve people in Midland, volunteers can report to Calvary Baptist Church (Monday through Saturday at 7:30am and 12:30pm; Sundays at 12:30pm only) for a quick orientation. You will have work lined up, with all the tools people need, and will dispatch people to the various jobs with a Rep there to direct the work onsite. The location to meet at is at Calvary Baptist Church, 6100 Perrine Rd, Midland, MI 48640. For more information you can visit
